Would you like to facilitate classes for THE PEACE PROJECT?

All classes and workshops must deal with Peace Education and fit into one of the following categories:

Peace with Ecology

Peace with Health and Healing

Peace with the Arts

Peace with Spirituality and Religion

Peace with the Media

Peace with Business and Economics

Peace with Children, Youth and the Family

Peace with Governance and Law

Peace with Science and Technology

Peace with Security

Peace with Education

Peace and the Self

(all non-certification classes must be presented on a love offering basis)

Your class must increase compassion or reduce stress or increase listening andcommunication skills, or contribute to green, sustainable, peaceful living.

2. Local Instructors - If your subject fits into our Peace Education format you will be invited to present to our Core Values Group. A date will be scheduled for your presentation. The week following your presentation the Core Values Group will discuss and decide about moving forward with your class and having you join THE PEACE PROJECT as a Peace Builder.

Long Distance Instructor – please submit a DVD or book and a media kit of your work so that it can be reviewed by the Core Values Group at our weekend meeting – this will be the equivalent or a live presentation. The week you DVD is presented the Core Values Group make a decision about moving forward with your class and having you join THE PEACE PROJECT as a Peace Builder.

THE WEDNESDAY NIGHT CORE VALUES GROUP
8pm – 9pm - This is a one hour event that provides an introduction/overviewyour workshop to founding members of THE PEACE PROJECT, our Core Values Group. They will determine if you are aligned with our mission.

PEACE EDUCATION

THE PEACE PROJECT provides two types of education:

A. Free to the Public

B. Certification Course or Advanced Studies at a reduced fee

1) INTRODUCTORY LECTURE –
FREE TO THE PUBLIC
Wednesday night and or Thursday evening
Love Offerings are allowed and will be split 50/50 between venue and speaker

7pm – 9pm
This is a two-hour event that provides an introduction/overview your workshops. These events are designed to introduce you, your Peace Skills Workshops and Building Peace Training Programs to the community. The primary requirement of this free lectureis for the participants to gone home with concrete Peace Skills that can be passed on to their friends and family. This class is not designed to be a teaser or advertisement for future class, our objective is to provide the community with Peace Skills!

For those that desire a deeper experience they may sign up for Certified or Advanced Training

2) CERTIFICATION/ ADVANCED TRAINING (for approved subjects only – you must have completed all the steps above).

FOUNDATION WORKSHOP
Level 1 FACILITATORS CERTIFICATION TRAINING

Single Day Program 10 am - 5pm
$58 per person – This course is our standard fee for a level 1 advanced training. 50% of proceeds after expenses will be donated to benefit THE PEACE PROJECT . Foundation Workshops are for the deepening Peace Skills learned in the Free Introductionclass. Participants must complete the day with a set of skills that they can fully incorporate into their lives and be able to teach the basic concepts to others.

3) PEACE BUILDERS — CERTIFICATION / ADVANCED TRAINING
Multi Day or Progressive Programs Levels of Training and Fees are determined by the Instructor 50% of proceeds after expenses will be donated to benefit THE PEACE PROJECT. Certification/Advanced Training – these trainings are for going really deep and are for the serious peace student The Certification/Advanced Training are for committed Peace Architects who want to include your subject into their business and are prepared to teach your subject free at Peace Station around the city 4 hours per month in our follow up courses.

4) FULL PAYMENT for all courses and product sales will be made with in 30 days of the workshop, by certified check with full accounting of the events expenses.
All event expenses must be approved by THE PEACE PROJECT Foundation Board. Event expenses will include, hotel, food, Southwest Airline standby ticket, from Wednesday 5pm - Monday 7am when doing the weekend - Wednesday - Sunday format (other arrangements will be make for short or longer programs) - plus printing and when requested and approved advertising. All out of town instructors will be picked up and return to place of lodging for workshops. Private in home lodging will be provided as a way to reduce expenses when ever possible. All expenses will be paid from the event income and balance will be split 50 /50. Volunteers will be provide for all events and participate free of charge.
